A New Model of Service Delivery
Traditional Service Delivery
- An inclusion specialist or another service provider conducts a site visit or a virtual visit
- The service provider observes the target classroom for about one hour
- The service provider schedules a phone call or sends an email with strategies and suggestions
- A follow up progress check occurs about one month later
Early Childhood Ella, LLC Service Delivery
- Conduct thorough, in-person observations of the target classroom(s)
- Listen to each individual teacher’s concerns about their classroom
- Spend quality time in each classroom getting to know the children and their behaviors
- Collaborate directly with teachers to discover effective strategies to implement with their class
- Create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each specific class
- Enhance the school-wide support system to help improve teacher’s job satisfaction
Service Packages
All packages come with one free consultative visit. During that time, I will observe the classroom(s) of concern, communicate with the director and classroom teacher(s), and together, we will create a plan that works best for your school!
